Our years of industry experience allow us to aggressively negotiate the best terms, to include compliance, attrition, cancellation, non-compete clauses and room block management. In many cases our clients have found that our fee has been absorbed by the savings from these negotiations.
Our creative team consists of experienced personnel who specialize in meetings and events. Generating meeting or event websites, designing logos and providing meeting theme ideas to be carried through all communications (websites, invitations, etc.) and on-site materials (directional signage, name badges, handouts, etc.), as well as generating décor and gift ideas are some of the offerings among other requested services.
MIM provides around-the-clock service onsite to flawlessly manage all aspects of your program (attendee, venue and vendor management, corporate compliance) as well as anticipate and implement any last minute changes or challenges that may arise. Our on-site Meeting Managers create a minute-by-minute schedule of assignments/responsibilities for staff and vendors to ensure best practices throughout the program.
We watch your bottom line as if it were our own. Budget management and cost containment is among our specialties. MIM not only lists all charges you anticipate, but those you don’t as well. And at the close of the program, a final reconciliation is provided with comparative costs (anticipated vs. actual) plus cost savings grids if requested.

MIM also manages the trafficking of Consultant and Speaker agreements, as well as providing payments and reimbursements.
Your meeting may require specific government reporting and meeting compliance standards (Sunshine Act, State and Local, etc.) - rest assured our planners are familiar with a great deal of reporting and also able to learn new types of reporting easily and concisely. We have an in-house compliance officer, as well as coordinators specifically trained to provide accurate and timely reporting for any meeting or event type where it is required.
